Kirby Kindergarten Registration will be held on March 14, 2019 from 5:30-7:00 PM.
Requirements
- Child will be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2019
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of Shot Record
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Current Physical (performed by a Health Care Professional)
The Elementary office can make copies of the necessary items.
