🗓 How to Add Events to Your Calendar

1. Visit the Events Page

Go to kirbytrojans.net/events and scroll to the calendar section.

2. Choose Your View

You can toggle between:

• List View: Shows events in a scrollable list.

• Calendar View: Displays events by month, week, or day.

3. Find Your Event

Browse or use the search bar to filter events (e.g., “Open House” or “Board Meeting”).

4. Pick and Choose Events

Click directly on any event you’re interested in. A pop-up will appear with event details.

5. Add to Your Calendar

In the event pop-up, click the “Add to Calendar” option. This lets you:

• Add just that event to your personal calendar.

• Choose your preferred calendar app (Google, Outlook, Apple, etc.).

6. Download the Whole Calendar

Click the “Click to Download Calendar” button near the top of the page. This will download a file (usually .ics) that you can import into most calendar apps.

7. Import to Your Calendar

Depending on your calendar app:

• Google Calendar: Open your calendar, click the gear icon → “Settings” → “Import & Export” → upload the .ics file.

• Apple Calendar: Double-click the .ics file and choose the calendar to add it to.

• Outlook: Go to “File” → “Open & Export” → “Import/Export” → choose “Import an iCalendar (.ics)”.
