Home Access Center has received an upgrade! The new features are for security purposes and should benefit you and the district as a whole. For the new features to work accurately, it is important that the district has a working email address tied to the Student/Contact in eSchool.
To better protect student data, HAC passwords will now be encrypted. The office will not be able to tell you what your password is. However, you now have the option to change it. New users will be able to set up their accounts with an access code provided by the district.
Forgot Username or Password
(This process requires the email address provided to the district)
Navigate to the Home Access Center page: Login (esp.k12.ar.us) https://hac20esp.k12.ar.us
Select Forgot My Username or Password
Be Sure Kirby School District is selected in the drop down menu
If you know your username, enter it and hit submit. An email will be sent to the email address on file. You will have to answer 1 Challenge question.
If you forgot your username, click the email button and enter your email address that was given to the district. You will have to answer 1 challenge question. ( The Challenge question is one that you created for your account.)
Register with Access Code
Navigate to the Home Access Center page: Login (esp.k12.ar.us) https://hac20esp.k12.ar.us
Select Click Here to Register with Access Code
Enter the Access Code (This can be obtained by the district)
Enter one of your child’s birthdate
You will be directed to the My Account page to create your password and challenge question.
Select Continue to Home Access Center to complete the process and access student information.
New User Registration
(This process requires the email address provided to the district)
Navigate to the Home Access Center page: Login (esp.k12.ar.us) https://hac20esp.k12.ar.us
Select Click Here to Register for HAC
Enter First Name. Last Name, City, and Zip.
Select Register.
An email will be sent to the email address on the Contact/Student record. The district has to have this email entered in eSchool.
After receiving the email, select the Register Here link in the email.
Enter the Access Code (Provided by the District) and the birthdate of the Student.
Select Sign In
You will be directed to the My Account page to create a login, password, and challenge question.
Select Continue to Home Access Center to complete the process and access student information.
