Kirby School District will continue off-site virtual instruction for the remainder of the week. We hope all of our students and families are enjoying this snow and are staying safe and warm. We know that not everyone has the internet available at their home and we want you to know that it is ok. Just a reminder that there will be no school on Monday, February 15th. This was an already scheduled day off on the 20-21 school calendar. School administrators will continue to monitor the weather and will make a decision about Tuesday-Thursday and it will be announced on all social media accounts.

Roberto Vasquez and Brody Tucker were voted on by staff and their classmates to represent Kirby High School as Governor's Scholars. Unfortunately due to COVID, the reception at the Governor's Mansion has been cancelled, but they will still be honored virtually. Congratulations!

Progress Report grades have been uploaded to HAC. If you have any questions or problems with your HAC login, please email me @ kristina.reid@kirbytrojans.net. Parent/Teacher Conferences will be Thursday, February 25th from 2-7 PM. Conferences will be scheduled as they were in the fall. Teachers will contact the parents they need to see to schedule a time. If you are not contacted and need to schedule a time, please contact your child's teacher.

Attention Parents:
Kirby School District wants to remind all parents that drop their kids off in the mornings to NOT pass other cars in the car line. We want to keep all our students safe as they unload each morning, so please use patience and do not pass other cars ahead of you in the car line.
Also, the main front entrance in the mornings is for ENTRANCE ONLY. Please do not exit this way. You may exit via the baseball field or by the fire department.

These 4 juniors were selected by faculty and staff for Girls State and Boys State! These 2 organizations accept the brightest students and train them to be leaders in their school, community and state. The conference will be during the summer of 2021.
