Kirby School District will be closed Thursday, January 18, 2024 due to multiple areas of our district still covered in snow and ice making bus transportation and student transportation hazardous. We plan to have classes this Friday, January 19, 2024 as a makeup day. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Due to the rural roads within Kirby School District and surrounding districts that our buses and students travel down being covered in snow and ice, Kirby School District will be canceling school on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. Our tentative plan, depending on weather, is to have school on Thursday, January 18 and Friday, January 19 (makeup).
Basketball games scheduled for tomorrow, 1/16, against Lafayette County have been cancelled. They will be rescheduled for a later date.

Due to AMI days no longer being possible, Kirby School District will make up the day on a Friday this Spring Semester. We will let everyone know when the makeup date will be in the near future. Kirby Youth Association (KYA) Registration Forms will be going home today. If your child/children would like to participate in Baseball, Softball or Tee-Ball, please fill the form out and return it with money by January 31, 2024. KYA will have a meeting in the Kirby School Cafeteria on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 6 PM

The winners of the PTCO Poinsettia Fundraiser are Sadie Tolleson, Cloe White, and Sawyar Finney! These girls sold the most poinsettias and received gift cards to Sonic.

The PTCO Poinsettia's will be delivered on Monday, December 4th. They will be ready for pick up after 1:30 pm in the Main Front Hallway. To gain entrance, you will have to be buzzed in by Mrs. Lisa at the front doors.
