The 4 games tonight are expected to bring big crowds. If you sit in the K zone or your children do, please make sure to not stand at the front railing so that the other people can see the game and the small kids are not running back and forth for safety reasons. The last three nights have went great so we hope to keep it that way to finish out the tournament.

Kirby Jr girls advance to the finals of the District Tournament beating Ouachita 43-15!!
They will play Caddo Hills at 6:00 on Saturday!!
Kirby School District will be releasing early on Tuesday, Feb 18, Wednesday Feb 19 and Thursday Feb 20 due to hosting the Senior District Tournament.
Also, don't forget we are out of school on Monday, Feb 17 for President's Day and will in school on Friday, Feb 21!
2 wins tonight over Greer’s Ferry to round out our Sr Night. Sr girls win 77-64 and the Sr boys win 77-56. Now they get a break until District Tournament. We are very proud of both teams!

Saydee, Mikaila and Karlie attended the Region 8 RAAD meeting yesterday in Hot Springs. They were able to brainstorm with other coalitions and begin making plans for next year. Thank you for representing Undirty Dozen!
It is hard to believe it is here. The 2019-2020 Senior night. This evening we will recognize 11 Seniors. The ceremony will start at 4:00 with the games starting right after (4:15-4:30) against Westside Greers Ferry. Come out tonight and cheer on the Trojans as they play their last regular season home game.
Tomorrow night(Monday), starts the Jr district tournament at Blevins. The Kirby Jr Boya will play Trinity Christian at 6:40. The Jr Girls will play Mineral Springs at 7:45. The bus is leaving at 4:45. Come out and support our Jr teams!🏀
Three game sweep tonight against Ouachita. Jr girls finished with one loss in conference play. Sr girls and Sr boys finished undefeated in conference.

Happy Thursday! I am happy to report that we have a low number of students who are out with the flu. A huge thanks to our janitors for keeping our buildings clean, our teachers and staff for doing their part, the parents/guardians who are keeping their child home if they are sick and to our 4 day school week! Ryan Franks and Joce Mount will represent Kirby High School at the Governor's Mansion in April! We are so proud of these two and all their accomplishments and their perfect 4.0!!

The juniors attended Come Fall in Love with Cossatot today! They were divided into 4 groups and toured the campus, sat through a class, discussed financial aid, and learned about the various clubs and organizations through a competitive game of Jeopardy!
